B's Honey Inc.

John Defayette is an urban Victoria, B.C., beekeeper and naturalist. He encourages everyone to explore the benefits and fascination of beekeeping. He has written a book entitled "B's Honey -- Using Bee Products for a Natural Lifestyle" which includes apitherapy, beeswax, honey, mead, pollen and propolis recipes.

John sells honey and bee products at fairs and farmers' markets. He recently made honey vinegar and invites everyone to sample it!
